Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book my session?
Most sessions are best booked 1–3 months in advance, depending on the time of year. Fall is my busiest season and typically requires booking closer to 3 months out. Due to having a busy horse show schedule, my weekend availability is very limited. If you have specific dates in mind, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible so we can find the best fit.
Do you travel? Is there a travel fee?
Yes — I travel throughout the Southeast and am happy to travel anywhere with enough interest. All packages include up to 40 miles of travel from my home base. Travel beyond 40 miles is billed at $0.70 per mile. For extended-distance or multi-day travel, custom quotes may apply.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A session is officially confirmed once a deposit is paid, which reserves your date. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the session date. Rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances is no problem and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
How long does it take to receive my photos and videos?
Turnaround times vary by service and time of year. If you’re working with a specific deadline, please let me know when inquiring. Rush delivery may be available for select services for an additional fee.
How will my images be delivered?
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your final images and videos. High-resolution and web-size files are provided depending on your collection.
Do you offer prints or other artwork?
Yes. Professional-quality prints, wall art, and albums are available through your gallery. You’re welcome to reach out for recommendations on sizing and products.
What should I wear / how should I prepare?
Once booked, you’ll receive a preparation guide with tips on wardrobe, grooming, and planning to help you get the most out of your session.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. All collections are customizable based on your needs. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out and we can build something that fits.
