Frequently Asked Questions
When should i book my session?
I typically book 1-2 months in advance. I have very limited availability for sessions due to my show schedule and only take a couple sessions a month to ensure I can dedicate more than enough time to my portrait sessions.
How do I prepare for my session?
Since these sessions are very detailed, I always recommend you prepare your horse as if they were going to a show - bathed, clipped, painted hooves, clean bridle, etc.
If you would like to body clip your horse, please do so at least a week before your session. Braiding is also not required, but it is highly recommended if you are able to do so!
Each photo is extensively hand-edited, so don't worry about cuts or scratches! If you have specific editing requests, please let me know prior to your session.
Are there travel fees?
All of my packages include travel up to 50 miles. Anything outside of that will be billed at ¢.67/mile.
Can I share my photos on social media?
Absolutely! You will receive web size digitals and high-resolution digitals in your gallery. If you would like to credit, please tag Buck It Equine, LLC on Facebook and @buckitequinellc on Instagram.
how will i receive my images?
Your images will be emailed to you via private gallery! From there, you can download your images or order artwork through the gallery store.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Depending on my schedule at the time of your session, the editing process can typically take up to 3 weeks. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver beautiful images that you will cherish forever!
