When are photos uploaded?
Show photos always go live on the Monday after the show! Normally they are posted for viewing prior to 5 pm EST, but sometimes we do have longer show days that require more uploading or technical difficulties! We promise we are uploading them as soon as possible!
Can you edit that?
All photos in the galleries are completely unedited and are subject to color correcting, straightening, cropping, etc. prior to delivery. If you are looking for ear swaps, make sure to add it to your cart using the 'other' tab in the gallery! I always try to clean up the backgrounds as best as I can, but if you have a request, please let me know!
How do I order?
To order your photos, use the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the gallery. You will be able to see purchase options there!
Can I purchase digital photos?
Yes! To order digitals, simply use the 'digitals' option or the 'packages' option when purchasing. You are able to order by single digital or multiples within my 'packages' tab!
How Long does it take to receive my photos?
Please allow up to 48 hours for all digital photo orders. For prints, they are typically shipped out within 2-3 business days.
can i order prints or artwork?
Absolutely! Also in the show gallery, use the 'prints' or 'wall art' options to purchase. Prints start at 4x6 and go up to 16x20. For artwork, BIE offers canvases, metal prints, acrylic prints, and wood prints.
