Our videography packages are tailored to create personalized show videos, letting you customize your show memories just the way you envision them. Every private video package includes multiple high-quality short clips, shot in both slow motion and real-time, all recorded vertically for easy sharing on social media.

 

BIE has a limited amount of space for private clients at each show, and sign-ups will be closed once we have reached our limit. No reels made by BIE are included in this package as we must dedicate our time to fulfilling photo orders after the show.

 

Video sign-ups must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please complete the form at the bottom of this page to secure your video coverage.

Please read prior to booking:

When filling out the form, please select a day of your show and a time (If the show is May 16-19, please choose one of the days in your booking and choose any random time - ex: May 16, 2024 at 9:30 am). The date and time that you book is NOT when you will be videoed. This is just how my calendar allows for the booking process. 

Basic Package - $157

  • Bookings must be made by trainer or barn manager
  • Crafted to boost your social media presence and promote your brand
  • Features content for up to 3 horse/rider combinations
  • Covers show highlights, candid moments, coaching, and brand elements
  • Over a minute of high-quality video content
  • Add extra horse/rider combinations for just $35 each
  • Videos are delivered the Monday following the show


Deluxe Package - $267

  • For one rider and up to 2 horses
  • Includes both candid and show coverage
  • Over a minute of high-quality video content
  • Comes with 5 web-resolution digital images
  • Save up to $50 and receive early video delivery
  • If you have specific class coverage requests, please mention them in your submission. There is no guarantee that every class will be covered.
  • Videos are delivered on Sunday following the show
